About DVD-R : This format is compatible with DVD players built after 2002 and most computer systems. If you have any questions about compatibility see the owners manual of your DVD player to see if this format is enabled.
The resolution is standard DVD which has 480 lines of vertical resolution and a 4:3 image size..If you have an S-video option this may give a crisper picture due to lack of crosstalk between the luminence and chroma information. If you are playing the disc on a modern HD player, many of them have the ability to upscale the image to High Definition levels which should make the viewing even better when viewed on a widescreen HD screen. The original video uses a low compression scheme to maintain the highest level of quality. This is then converted to the standard DVD format at a high data bit rate to ensure viewing quality. Audio is full stereo so should sound good on more advanced 5.1 and 7.1 systems but will not take full advantage of them. (more)

Returns are accepted for defective merchandise or unopened sealed items. Customer will pay for return shipping and must obtain a return merchandise order RMO number from American Rail Video and clearly state the reasons for the return. Non-defective merchandise returns will be charged a five dollar per item restocking charge.
If you receive an obviously damaged item do not break the DVD seals or other sealing material. Report this damage to the carrier and to American Rail Video immediantly.
